My background spans Director and VP-level leadership in analytics and technology, with direct ownership of both strategy and execution — from data platform architecture and BI tooling to how insights ultimately land in board decks and operational reviews.
Across organizations of every size, I saw the same pattern repeat: companies invested heavily in modern data stacks, yet executives still hesitated to trust the numbers. Spreadsheets remained the “shadow system,” and critical decisions depended on manual reconciliations instead of governed dashboards.
Analytics Firefighter is my focused answer to that gap. I work in short, tightly scoped engagements with a single objective: restore trust, speed, and executive confidence in reporting — fast — so leadership can actually operate from the systems they’ve already paid for.
- 20+ years of data and Analytics experience in manufacturing & consumer packaged goods
- Hands-on experience across Power BI, SQL, BigQuery, Looker, Azure & GCP.
- History of building and scaling analytics products and teams.
- Ability to translate between finance, operations, and engineering.
- Comfort owning both the technical fix and the executive conversation.
